Sports Performance Improves. I've known and respected Steve Frison for many years. I'm 51 years old and have been studying martial arts for 4 years, and was about to test for my 1st Degree Black Belt. I don't write recommendations often. I was surprised and impressed with Steve. He helped me with several personal issues. He is extremely easy going and very professional. I will definitely use his services in the future. His office is located in a very peaceful setting. Just what I needed.
Steve has been like my mind set coach for 3 years now. I no longer have motion sickness! When ever I am struggling with self talk I go see him and he has changed my life! He is consistent and always available when I need him.
I was skeptical of Hypnosis at first but my anxiety was bad enough I figured I'd give it a shot. WOW Steve is awesome! My quality of life has improved drastically since my session with Steve. My advice - follow his directions and breathing exercises. You can't be hypnotized if you don't want to be! (It's weird because movies tell us different) Do yourself a favor and improve your life you deserve it!
Steve changed my life. I went to him for one session 6 months ago. That was the last time I picked up a cigarette. I smoked for 16 years at least a pack a day. I don't even crave them anymore!!!!! I have a new wonderful life free from cigarettes now. My kids have a non-smoker as a father now! Going to Steve was easily one of the best decisions in my entire life. Thank you Steve.
