I went to Sheila for compulsive teeth grinding from stress. She used hypnosis and CranioSacral therapy with me. Within 2-3 weeks it was under control. I am so relieved. Sheila is wonderful! I didn’t quite know what to expect going in to my first meeting with her, but immediately I felt hopeful about what was going to happen. Sheila has been to my rescue! After a dual disc replacement in 2018, I started nerve ablation in my cervical spine every 6 months to reduce the debilitating chronic migraines and neck pain. I heard of Sheila through her husband, and decided to pay her a visit. This month will mark over a year and a half without an ablation!!
