Sheila is wonderful! I didn’t quite know what to expect going in to my first meeting with her, but immediately I felt hopeful about what was going to happen. I went in, feeling like I had no direction, physically in bad shape. I left there with hope of plans for the future. And physically, she left me feeling amazing. Sheila has been to my rescue! After a dual disc replacement in 2018, I started nerve ablation in my cervical spine every 6 months to reduce the debilitating chronic migraines and neck pain. I heard of Sheila through her husband, and decided to pay her a visit. This month will mark over a year and a half without an ablation!! My migraines have DRASTICALLY reduced, and she keeps my neck on the straight and narrow 🙂 I am so happy to have met Sheila and 100% believe in her methods of relief!
This has been the greatest experience! The hypnosis gave me a moment to relax, let my mind escape, and introduce many new thoughts into my subconscious!
