I've been going to Adam on and off since 2021. I tried 4 other therapists before meeting Adam. Finding a therapist is like dating, sometimes you just don't click. Well from the initial session and forward everything was great, everything just clicked. Combining all the fundamental therapy tools (journaling, talk, and meditation) with hypno really does help.
