I really feel so much more confident after having a session. I had anxiety almost everyday, and now I feel very calm and relaxed in social situations
Counselling and hypnotherapy with Mike helped me to shift my thinking about a situation that was causing me extreme distress and anxiety. I was able to accept what couldn't be changed and move forward. Mike guided me to define my own boundaries and find a way of moving on that worked for me.
