I had such a great experience at Minds Eye Interiors, especially working with Nissie. This is my first adult apartment and I’ve never bought furniture before, but she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Bad customer service. I went into Mind’s Eye Interiors in Kahului and didn’t see what I wanted and was going to continue to shop elsewhere when I was offered to put a deposit to hold my possible choice. I wasn’t given all the information about the deposit process and when i wanted to cancel the deposit I was given information that I wasn’t given when I processed the deposit so I mentioned to the salesperson that all information should be given at the beginning so there’s no surprises when canceling. Absolutely gorgeous rugs and excellent customer service! We were changing our color scheme and wanted to order our KAS rugs. Nissie took great care of us from the very beginning. She was very nice, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process from purchasing to delivery. The rugs are absolutely beautiful! Huge Mahalo to Nissie!
Excellent white glove delivery and overall the best quality and service I have ever had. Nisreen and her team are easy to work with and pay attention to detail. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
