I have seen Maike 2 times for two separate things. I have found her to be great at what she does, and she generally cares. The second time a lot changed after the session for the better. I feel that I have only put a little effect in but have had big results because the way I see things has shifted and I have let go of somethings which sometimes is hard to do. I feel I have more clarity and lighter. Highly recommend her.
Do NOT recommend. Prior to the session Maike provided a meditation recording. I emailed her and explained that this isn’t for me and doesn’t work for me. She ASSURED me that the session will be personalised and so will the follow up meditation recording. Not only was it the same thing, but it was also a very poor recording with rubbish trucks in the background. It also isn’t hypnotherapy, but a guided meditation.
