Roman was absolutely fantastic. His calm demeanor & approachability were wonderful to ensure I was in a good space for hypnosis. He was quick to respond to questions and accommodated a change in my appointment. In addition to helping me get on track for losing weight (11 lbs in 3 weeks), I'm also sleeping better & am managing my stress better. It was true pleasure to work with Roman. My only regret is that I didn't take the step 5 years ago.
Was a bit skeptic at first, but has proven to be what I needed. 6 months smoke free. Still have some cravings but they are farther and farther apart. The breathing technique works really well! Thank you Roman.
Roman is professional, charismatic, and extremely knowledgeable. He offers warm and calming approaches to dealing with anxiety disorders. Additionally, Roman answers his emails promptly and is extremely accommodating when it comes to in person sessions. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who may be struggling with phobias and other symptoms of anxiety.
