Im not someone who's attracted to Casino's or gambling so cant really attest to this side of the venue - I was here to attend a business function. The venue looks nice & well maintained. The function I attended was set up on the lawn area at the rear overlooking the ocean. Very pretty spot to watch a sunset. Service from wait staff was a bit hit/miss and the food was ok, probably a bit above average if Im being honest. Long waits in between courses but the food itself when it arrived was nice.

On a number of occasions I have been stopped from entering the pool area with a drink even though I personally observed many other guests doing the same thing. When I asked staff why I was being singled out I received no clear explanation. I believe this kind of customer service falls far short of expectations.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time. The room was fabulous, the staff were always helpful, the pools and view was amazing, a great location too - for the markets & sunsets, and also to go in to the main city area. We also visited the Spa at the resort and couldn’t rave about it enough! Just perfect. Would recommend and def stay here again!
