Terrible service. Had an a persin serving me that had no idea about customer service.
Date of event: 9/10/2025 My partner and I entered the building and headed to the reception to enquire where the pool entrance was. Before the lady on reception could respond to me, the security woman stood outside the casino door came over in a very rude manor to tell me I couldn’t be here “like this” and needed to get a tshirt on. (For reference I was wearing shorts, crocs, a bikini top and towel around my shoulder)she kept repeating over and over in a tone that I needed to get a top on. My partner & I had a wonderful time at the Casino resort. It was the staff who truly made our experience relaxing and care free. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to do all the little things that make our stay carefree. It was such a treat to order room service & enjoy the view. Our ocean view room had a beautiful view of the sunset too. It was also quiet in the rooms & felt like our own little oasis!
Yep, it's a casino. Great place to lose money that you can't afford to lose.
