I’ve been seeing Erin at Mindful Medicine for about six months and I wish I came sooner. My treatment is a combination of weekly acupuncture and daily herbs. I’ve always been suspicious of Chinese medicine, but after my initial consultation and my first personalized formula of herbs, used to treat night sweats, I’ve been hooked. Not only is my sleep better, but I’m calmer and less anxious throughout the day. It’s a big commitment to drink the tea daily, but given the drastic changes I’ve seen, I would say it’s well worth it.

After my first few sessions I felt mo... read more

I have been coming to mindful medicine- for sessions with Erin for over a year now. After having tried acupuncture in several other places, I have found the sessions with Erin to be peaceful and impactful -- improved overall health and mental well being. I deeply enjoy my acu-naps and looking forward to it all week. I highly recommend Erin and her team.

I recently started acupuncture for the first time and came to Mindful Medicine from a recommendation. I have had the experience of being able to work with both Dr. Erin and Alex and have had nothing but a positive experience.
