I went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder radiating down to my elbow making it difficult to work on a computer 8-10 hours per day. Michael was extremely attentive to my needs, found the pain points (along with many I was unaware of), and helped ease my pain significantly. The room was very nicely appointed, with gentle music playing in the background, and a pleasant, rich, subtle fragrance from the massage oil or it was already present in the room.
