Mecca helped me have many tools to deal with all my issues. And they work! She accepts me for the person I am . I really think she is a wonderful human being who doesn’t judge, but is there to sincerely help you with your individual problems. I have been there less than a handful of times and I have come so far with learning to be at peace. Thank you so much Mecca for everything you have done for me, which I am truly grateful!!

Mecca gave me very personalized hypnotherapy and cognitive strategies specific to my needs. She researched the cult I grew up in so that she understood what I am dealing with. She is very respectful and encouraging in her approach. She has helped me overcome fears, deal with stressful situations, change my mindset, and keep myself calm and centered. I highly recommend her!

I have experienced many modalities of healing in my 83 yrs of life, but the recovery that I experienced with Mecca’s help through hypnotherapy, tapping and 9-gamut methods were extraordinary. She led me through in her kind, patient, and gentle way to help me release the allergies I had to cats, plus other old garbage I’d been holding onto for yrs, such as sister problems! I now have a toolbox of my own to use when other problems arise. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help for a wide range of problems.
