I have been coming to see Mecca since the spring and am incredibly thankful I found her. I admit at first I was a bit skeptical about the idea of hypnotherapy, but I now know I am fully conscious and aware of what is happening, and this form of therapy allows me to get an outside perspective in a positive way (where my normal inner dialogue was rude and self-destructive). I discovered Mecca with Mindful Innerchange in Chandler about a year before scheduling my first hypnotherapy appointment. I waited so long out of fear of not knowing what to expect and feeling like it wouldn’t work for me. I went to see Mecca of Mindful InnerChange for help with being more mindful and finding peace. I love my visits with Mecca. I always leave feeling better than when I went in. She has many tools and tips that she is willing share. The hypnotherapy is tailored to me and is very helpful. She is positive and reassuring. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
