Mecca helped me have many tools to deal with all my issues. And they work! She accepts me for the person I am . I really think she is a wonderful human being who doesn’t judge, but is there to sincerely help you with your individual problems. Mecca gave me very personalized hypnotherapy and cognitive strategies specific to my needs. She researched the cult I grew up in so that she understood what I am dealing with. She is very respectful and encouraging in her approach. She has helped me overcome fears, deal with stressful situations, change my mindset, and keep myself calm and centered. I have experienced many modalities of healing in my 83 yrs of life, but the recovery that I experienced with Mecca’s help through hypnotherapy, tapping and 9-gamut methods were extraordinary. She led me through in her kind, patient, and gentle way to help me release the allergies I had to cats, plus other old garbage I’d been holding onto for yrs, such as sister problems!
