Terrible experience with MindChamps’ financial and administrative team. My daughter attended only one day a week, so I cannot comment much on the teachers. However, the financial side of this centre is unacceptable. Even after I cancelled the enrolment, they still charged $486 from my account. Communication is extremely poor — no one responds, no one follows up, and every step requires you to chase them.
