Customer service is poor, their team doesn’t understand the system, they speak poor English, comprehension of issues and understanding of how find solutions is lacking. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Mindbody: highering employees that make low wages in the Philippines makes the companies here in the US that use the services suffer the consequences.
I've been a gym owner for 9 years, Mindbody is the worst company to work with for any gym owner.
The WORST when it comes to customer service.Totally un responsive to multiple requests. As a Pilates/Yoga/Dance studio they make it very hard to operate and keep scheduling straight. No answer to phone calls or emails. There is no one to talk to when issues arise which is way too often. Beware of their promises if you’re considering to use them for your studio.
Wanted to play volleyball in my local area of Clearwater florida and my personal information was taken and added to the platform which I don't agree with just to play volleyball in a public area.
