Customer service is extremely poor and unable to solve any problems.
Do not use this company. They only care about closing contacts and not the owner operators. Nothing but problems from day one. Customer service is horrible and that contact is for a year. Couldn't even get logged in.There are many other companies that provide the exact same service for a third of the price. I would give them negative stars if possible.
MINDBODY is attempting to enforce charges on a contract that is likely unenforceable under California law. I signed a 12-month agreement in 2020. In 2024, I submitted a written cancellation request (which I have documented). Their contract requires written notice to cancel — which I provided — yet they refused to process it and now claim I owe payments through 2025. The worst experience I’ve had with the booking app. I wish I can turn back the hands of time and never had ran into these people. They will try to lock you into something you have no idea they gave me a free trial period of three months down there saying I’m locked in for another six months I have $300. It’s crazy. Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with! They make it next to impossible to cancel their subscription and it didn't benefit my business at all! Do not use this company!
