Shady business! I should have known better than to trust them. In 2025 a rep reached out to let me know about a great promo they had going on for integrating with class pass- which I did, then months later found out they actually have been charging me regular price! Over $3000! Not transparent, extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone to help, At the mercy of waiting for someone to call me back. Make sure you look at your contract and keep it on file.
This is the worst company, I have been trying to cancel and they keep bouncing me around and from one person to another and it takes forever for you to talk to someone you have to "schedule and their calendar is a month out" please please do yourself a favor don't use them our you be in deep debt
I used the Mindbody platform for less than one week and quickly realized it was not suitable for my situation. I do not even have an active business , and the platform was overwhelming, complex, and clearly not designed for early-stage or pre-launch users. I contacted customer support immediately and even sent a final legal notice explaining my situation. Was OK to start with, I knew it was AI based but, kept answering me in French and I'm not !! I gave up
⭐ MINDBODY: HOTEL CALIFORNIA OF SOFTWARE - YOU CAN CHECK OUT ANYTIME YOU LIKE, BUT YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE Signed up 22 days after surgery while on Schedule II opioids. Provided medical documentation proving lack of capacity. They don't care. Rep "Bianca" literally closed my case without addressing that I was MEDICALLY IMPAIRED when signing. Filed complaints with CA AG, NY AG, and BBB. This company preys on vulnerable people and ignores contract law. Order #00452655. Run. Don't walk.
