Went to the BBB at this point. Complaint Against Mindbody I am filing this complaint due to a serious issue with Mindbody that directly caused the shutdown of my new business. After activating my merchant account with Mindbody and successfully testing a transaction with my trainer, the account was inexplicably deactivated for approximately two months. I was misled into signing a one-year contract with Mindbody after being told by a sales rep that their highest-tier plan would help me bring in new clients. I originally wanted the lowest plan, but was convinced to upgrade because the rep said the lower plan wouldn’t deliver results.
