I'd just like to say a massive thank you to Jeni who was very welcoming & put me at ease straight away. I left my first session feeling like a heavy weight had been lifted off my shoulders & I can't believe the change in myself as the weeks have passed. Just to make sure I continued on the right path I had my second session & once again I found it very beneficial. Thank you again Jeni for being so understanding & helping me through my difficult period. What an amazing woman!
Gentle; calm; non-judgemental; straightforward; refreshing; effective. You leave with a weight off your shoulders and a spring in your step towards self motivated action. If you’re expecting a swinging pocket watch, incense sticks and voodoo go elsewhere. Brilliant woman.

I cannot recommend Jeni at Mind Yourself highly enough. It was my first hypnotherapy session and I wasn’t sure what to expect but Jeni was very reassuring throughout. After struggling to overcome something for 12 years, I turned to hypnotherapy and I’m so pleased to say the results were instant! If only I had done this years ago. Thank you Jeni, you are amazing!! Will be back with my daughter to help with her anxiety.
