Horrible! I reached out to Kirby two weeks prior for a new patient appointment. The day of my appointment arrived and waited 25 minutes outside the office because the doors were locked. I thought it was lunch hour and didn’t mind at first then I became worried because I needed to fill out new patient forms so I emailed and called twice. No answer.
