From the beginning I felt completely comfortable with Mona and since then have built a great relationship throughout my sessions. I feel completely at ease and heard within the safe space she has created.
Mona is very professional and caring.
The therapist was very rude and impolite. Made the whole experience unprofessional. No one at reception. Do not recommend this person at all, because someone actually struggling with mental issues needs proper care and concern which cannot be provided by this organisation. It’s as if they take your money and send you away worse than you were initially. Stay safe from these people. Stay away.
