I enjoyed a lovely sauna here. I could have done the ice bath, but I am a whimp. Facilities were very pleasant, clean and modern, piped music. Shower was in the sauna room to wash up after. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cost was reasonable. Very pleased to have such a facility available in Victor.
Prioritize your mental and physical health by booking in here - really happy with my experience. I booked an infrared sauna, followed by a cold plunge. Very happy with the service provided. The guy who helped me was patient and explained everything clearly. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, which is super important at a place like this. I'll be back again for the other services they provide.

Dex and Morgwn are so knowledgeable about all things resilience and helping to support people to push boundaries and achieve things you never thought possible. Gold stars all round. I wish Sarah and I had time to do more, we did 30mins infrared sauna and I nailed my 3.5min first ice bath. This place provides personal and professional treatments catered to your individual needs. For me a key component in my accelerated recovery post ultra endurance competitions. Six stars! Highly recommend!!
