I enjoyed a lovely sauna here. I could have done the ice bath, but I am a whimp. Facilities were very pleasant, clean and modern, piped music. Shower was in the sauna room to wash up after. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cost was reasonable. Very pleased to have such a facility available in Victor.
Such attention to detail and a truly enjoyable experience. My daughter has been seeing amazing results in healing from a Crohn’s flare using the hyperbaric therapy. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and inspiring to speak to. Also, as hyperbaric therapy is an investment, their packages make doing multiple sessions financially sustainable and they have taken this into consideration when choosing their price point. Prioritize your mental and physical health by booking in here - really happy with my experience. I booked an infrared sauna, followed by a cold plunge. Very happy with the service provided. The guy who helped me was patient and explained everything clearly. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, which is super important at a place like this. I'll be back again for the other services they provide.
11/10.. first time here exceeded expectations. I chose the sauna - cold plunge service & left feeling revitalised. Modern, cosy & private ammenities + great support from knowledgeable owner/operators that guide you through your session so you get the best result. Can’t wait to go back.
Gold stars all round. I wish Sarah and I had time to do more, we did 30mins infrared sauna and I nailed my 3.5min first ice bath.
