The owner, Shinai, has created an incredibly warm, welcoming and safe studio environment where she works with people both individually and in group settings. She offers meditation instruction, but also so much more beyond that. Shinai uses her unique gifts and years of training in various modalities, frameworks, rituals and belief systems to help people navigate their (oftentimes very confusing and sometime scary) "awakening" processes.
