Upper management values money over actually helping people.
Unprofessional first impression while trying to book an appointment for my daughter. Emailed a few times with the owner with some basic questions and then she stopped replying and didn't return any of my calls either. Not a great look when working in the mental health field.
I went here for just under a year where I met with Katie every other week (starting every week) and she has genuinely changed my life. I was going through an incredibly hard time in my life and also struggle with several mental illnesses, so the fact that she was able to help is amazing. She was understanding and always listened, and I didn’t feel like I was being interviewed.
