I just finished the 8 Week Training Course to become a CH (Certified Hypnotist). It was life changing! Calypso, the instructor, created such a safe, non-judgmental space I felt more MYSELF than in any classroom I have ever been in. Calypso is incredible. I was trying to break a habit for years and years, and I'm happy to say I'm 72 days in with not even a craving. We really tapped into my subconscious did some healing work and she's just a remarkable, beautiful human being. I don't know if I've ever felt more heard or empathized with which would have been amazing on its own even without the effective hypnosis, but this was just one of the most transformative experiences I've ever had.
