This office has egregious business practices. A full seven months after I had received services and paid all bills, they charged my credit card and now refuse to honor their own invoices.//I wonder if this reply is from the person in the office who threatened to post more fees if I disputed the charge and refused to look up the original message from the office which explicitly stated that I would not be charged more than the copay since that's what the office originally agreed to charge.
