This was truly the most degrading moment of my 40 years of living. As a loyal Mind Games customer, I will not be returning to this location. The lady working here with glasses and is brown skin was rude and kept getting angry when I asked for help. She refused to help me and the man who's trini with no hair kept following me. However the hijabi lady was super sweet and the only helpful one
There is a lady who's from the west indies, Guyana with glasses that was extremely rude to us and kept rolling her eyes she works here with her husband who is bald. This is a bad location and poor customer service by the 2
Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Mind Games. The customer service here is incredibly poor, mainly due to the female manager (or owner) on duty. Instead of being helpful, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Moreover, I don't understand why someone who is so rude to children would be managing a toy and hobby store. Absolute lack of basic customer service.
