Over-priced and the Owner is a liar. The owner commented on my review lying saying that the person complained about, doesn't work there. So I called and IMMEDIATELY was answered by the person who allegedly doesn't work there! LOUSIA LOUISE LOUSA who refused to spell her name. Pathetic to be caught in a lie like that. The "follow up call" that I never mentioned in said review was to ensure the resume was SHREDDED and NO LONGER IN YOUR POSSESSION. What kind of person shames someone for dropping of their resume? The old grumpy lady by the name of Louisa. Then calls back to lie and say I didn't drop off a resume. She also forgot on several occasions to punch in my discount with the card but had no problem signing / punching it.
Super friendly staff. Great selection. If I lived in Edmonton this would be my store of choice.
This was our first time visiting, and we were so impressed! The owners are wonderful people, and the lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service these days, but she made us feel truly welcome. My husband and I will definitely be returning customers.
