I had my first session with Dr. Centeno today. I’m so happy I found him and what an great opportunity I have awaiting for me. He talked me through the science of how trauma effects the brains. He also educated me on how I can reverse the effects it’s had on my brain. I highly recommend Dr. Centeno to anyone who’s needing help cope with traumatic life events. He will help in all areas Mind , Body and spiritual. Thank you Dr. Centeno for the great experience today.
