Amazing program - fast and steady weight loss. Felt incredibly encouraged and motivated by Jennifer each week. Enjoyed the flexibility of online and in person meetings. Food is great. Well worth the investment. Sleep improved, energy improved, mood lifted, pain levels decreased and the weight loss was fast and easy to maintain. Highly recommend :)
I started my program with Jennifer and Jill in August 2022. Both ladies could not have been more supportive of my efforts to lose weight. It helped that Jen had been there before and conquered it. Now, seven months into the program, I have attained my goal of over 50 pounds lost and and am now in stabilization. Now the hard part starts with keeping the weight off, but with Jen and Jill’s ongoing support, it should be easy. March 2022 I joined Mind, Body and Sport . I work with Jill and Jennifer and lost 25 pounds . I have successfully kept it off now almost a year. The have a complete program , you loose it , you stabilize and then you maintain. They are with you every step of the way. They continue to assist ,advise and support you, as you keep it off. If you are ready , so are they. Live happily ever after. Love this program
