I've been there several times and have always been greeted as I walked in the door, and have never waited even once for my therapist - she's always waiting for me. Pam runs a tight ship, the prices are very fair, and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend Kristy, my back wouldn't be the same without her!

Our staff is very friendly and helpful and it's hard for me to imagine anyone being ignored when they come in. Our prices are very competitive and definitely not overpriced. Best Massage in Richmond – I've lived in Richmond for 15 years and found Michelle at MBS a couple of years ago. She is the best deep tissue massage therapist in Richmond! I have tried many, many other therapists, but she takes the cake. The salon decor isn't my style (a little too country-ish), but once the lights go down and I close my eyes to get an amazing massage, it really doesn't matter. If you need a deep tissue massage go see Michelle!
terrible customer service – I travel for work and get to experience spa services around the country. The massage that I had here was just okay, definitely not worth the money. The atmosphere was interesting to say the least and the customer service was terrible! I was barely acknowledged when I walked in, I had to wait for 15 minutes past my appointment time and my massage was cut short. This place has a lot of "stuff" crammed into a small area. Some of Richmond's best massage therapists work here. A very nice staff, which includes Michelle Monger, cmt and Teresa Wyatt, esthestician. Owner Pam Owen is a massage therapist as well a hypnotherapist. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Current expansion is almost complete and they will offer body treatments, couple's massage, pre-natal massage as well as facials, body waxing and lash tinting.
