Having had a few treatments of spinal flow technique with Karen from Mind Body Spirit Centre in Hervey Bay, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Karen. During each session I felt an inner calmness in spirit and literally felt aches and pains "melt away". After the sessions I felt the calmness and wellness continued on for many days. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She truly is gifted in creating a space where her clients can grow and heal. Next time Im in Queensland Ill be back for more treatments. I saw Karen and had an amazing Bowen Therapy experience for sciatica . I left feeling relaxed and pain-free with some movements suggested to prevent the pain from coming back. Karen has a beautiful and calming demeanour. She is easy to talk to, and has a wealth of knowledge to assist and support for any ailment (or just to go for an hour of pure bliss relaxation)
