All star line up of seriously good instructors. The addition of Amber with John, Kathie, and Lauren takes this studio to the next level.
This is the best yoga studio on Pawleys Island. The teachers are great! They offer classes ranging from yen to vinyasa, as well as classes not offered at other studios like the rope wall and chair yoga. I love the strength training classes - conditioning and strength and mobility. These 8 AM classes are fun and they build muscular strength and endurance, while enhancing balance and stability. I highly recommend it!
As a newcomer to the area, I struck gold when I found Mind Body Soul Center for my workout and Yoga needs. The 8:00 am conditioning class with Lauren has been instrumental in giving me a comprehensive full-body workout, and I’ve already noticed significant results in just three months!
