This wonderful place has become a ritual for me in my self care and mental health. I am a big fan of the float pod and the way that the sensory deprivation assists a deep meditation experience, which feels immensely relaxing. I have chronic pain and I find that the salts ease the tension in my muscles, allowing me to do more things that I love to do which I would otherwise feel I dont have the capacity for. Salt therapy was incredibly blissfull. The space is tranquil, and was a perfect temperature- was easy to slip into a complete state of relaxation. I felt very welcome and the process was explained in detail. Looking forward to my next session
I try to be here twice a week and every single time I come in, everyone is so lovely. As someone who basically has a non stop life, it’s so calming to come here, relax and use the vibrosauna and salt therapy rooms. I also am so grateful for the flexibility I have as a client as well, especially in regards to cancellations (which I’m shattered to have had to do as often as I do) and time/date changes. If you ever get time, please do come visit
