I try to schedule Melissa Cote every month for a one-hour relaxation massage. She is absolutely wonderful and even puts me asleep a couple times during the massage! She concentrates on my entire back and shoulders. Normally finding at least 2 or 3 muscle knots that she has to work out. I definitely recommend Melissa Cote to do your massage at Mind and Body, LLC.
Another amazing massage with Melissa Cote! She is absolutely wonderful, just the right pressure. I was sore from walking for two hours before my massage and when we were done I felt so much h better. I have stenosis in my lower back and it starts to bother me when I walk a lot. So I asked Melissa if she could concentrate on my lower back, and it felt great at the end. I highly recommend Melissa for a massage!
I have been there twice now and have has a positive experience both times. Welcoming staff, relaxing environment and skilled practitioners. The therapy has helped alleviate some nagging neck and shoulder issues. I will continue to use their services moving forward.

I saw Melissa Cote for a relaxation massage yesterday at Mind and Body in Laconia. I have to say, it was absolutely wonderful. She even put me to sleep 3 or 4 times! I highly recommend Melissa Cote at Mind and Body for a massage, she is awesome
