I had a session with Shea this week and it was an amazing experience. She is a gifted healer with deep intuitive knowledge, kindness, and grace. So grateful to have found her at Mind Body Medicine, a beautiful and inspiring oasis for healing and selfcare.
Very very relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I’ve been getting several different services here for the last month or two and the practitioners are just so wonderful in so many ways. The office staff is equally amazing. Highly recommend this practice
Alissa’s Theraputic Yoga class is a yummy combination of Yin,Restorative and gentle Hatha with beautifully guided vocal cues. Alissa lovingly guides you to explore your inner self during class and gives you plenty of time to explore in silence.It is unlike any yoga I have experienced and I think would be an amazing compliment to any form of counseling and trauma work.
