Ali was amazing!! The kindest soul and he’s so good at what he does. He was so knowledgeable!! The best massage I’ve ever had. I can’t thank him enough.

I incurred a very severe concussion recently. It was so bad that doctors recommended I take a medical leave for my fall semester at Auburn. Rather than taking medicine, I went to visit Foad at Mind & Body to find some relief. After just one month of weekly massages, my pain went from about a 9 to a 3. Foad is a miracle worker. I've been having stress related shoulder and back pain but have seen a great improvement after seeing him. I'm on my fourth session and hope to continue seeing even more improvement. The exercises he recommended that I do at home have also helped. Highly recommend!
