Sometimes a little busy to get thru on the phones but always polite and really helpful.
I was referred to Keir by my doctor for a crisis appointment due to severe post-ictal symptoms following epileptic seizures. Suffering from cognitive decline, emotional distress, and suicidal ideation. Unfortunately, my doctor gave me the wrong address, causing me to arrive 5-10 minutes late. I would hope patients never sit and wait at this clinic for their appointments as they have no grace period. Dr Catherine is amazing. Provides full lifestyle as well as dietary support & is a walking encyclopedia on all thinks food!
Don’t understand why they even have a phone number when no one ever picks up at reception.
