If i could give this place less than one star i would. I had my very first face massage here only yesterday to experience what was only painful and uncomfortable. The person doing the massage was talking on her phone the entire time and placed next to my ear with the phone ringing non stop. The women giving the treatment then got some kind of product in my eye which was burning and i then had to go the chemist for treatment and pay for the eyewash out my own pocket! Awful, my daughter got a 45min Japanese head massage voucher for her birthday. I called to make the appointment but when we got there they didn’t seem to be expecting us. They were asking my daughter to have a full body massage even though she wanted the head massage. She ended up having a bit of a back massage and a 5 min head massage and then the rest of the time was spent washing and blow drying her hair which is not what we were there for! I really wanted to give this place a high review as I enjoyed my treatment. I had the Japanese head spa, however at the end when she was blow drying my hair, my hair got caught in the back of the hair dryer creating a knot that she had to cut out, I gave her my permission to do so. Then she kept drying and it happened again, this time a much bigger knot, the hairdryer is tiny and has no safety guard at the back to prevent hair going into it. Tried mind and body massage for the first time today and it was exactly what I needed. A good strong massage to loosen my stiff muscles but also a times relaxing. Masseuse was super nice and the place was clean and well kept. I am definitely going to be a regular here and in fact already planning my next appt for next week. Highly recommend !
