I do not pretend to know the science behind the egg but all I do know is I feel refreshed, renewed and peaceful when I have completed a session - that is good enough for me in this chaotic world we live in! Sandy was so thorough in explaining the process and how the egg worked; she made me feel extremely safe going into my first session. The experience was great, I couldn't believe how quickly the 50 minutes passed. I felt so relaxed in the egg, I didn't want to leave when she opened the door. I had some eczema patches on my skin going in to the session, and I'm noticing that they are calming down on their own. What a gift! I'll be back!
