Excellent service!
I brought my broken tv to them on Monday last week, same day their tech called me with an estimate telling that part is on their stack and tv can be picked up next day. Television was working beautifully and they even fixed antenna connector for free. Thank you Minas! Great service!

poor customer service, poor attitude...i have took my tv to get repaired - not only that it took 5 weeks for these guys to tell me that they cannot repair it, but at the end their technician asked me to give him a "logical reason" why should I get my TV back!?I still havent got it back from them, and im taking them to the court...honestly, do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys...

TV Repair Experience
I dropped it off on April 6th, 2009. I received a call on April 9th with the diagnosis and a timeframe of 5-7 business days to get the part in and install it.I followed up with them on April 17th (6 biz days later) and they informed me that the part had not been received from their 3rd party distributor yet and that they would call them and get back to me that day. I never heard back. So, I called on Monday, April 20th and talked with the other biz owner and he said he would call to find out what was going on. On Tuesday, April 21st, he informed me that their distributor received the part broken and needed to order another one. I was told that the part should be at MINA'
