Bait-and-Switch "Rewards" Don't bother to go to Mina's Hallmark if you receive a $5.00 off card! On the front, plainly stated are the words: "A LITTLE SOMETHING JUST FOR YOU. $5.00 off any purchase of $25.00 or more, along with a smiling young lady, and the Hallmark Gold Crown logo with Mina's Hallmark printed at the bottom. Of course, $5.00 off ANY PURCHASE means just what it says, right? Well, not to Hallmark!
