I've been coming to Minabella for some time now and I've never had a problem until now. I took my picture into the same nail tech I always go to - Tommy. He always does great work and I'm not 100% sure where the confusion was but the salon was of no help to fix it. I showed him a picture and told him I want it in dip. After going to Minabella consistently for 6 years, every 2 weeks, my favorite nail tech. has finally moved on. I made an appointment to get the dip powder taken off of my nails and just get a regular manicure until I figured out what I wanted to do moving forward - whether that be continuing to see someone else or moving on myself. Terrible service while visiting yesterday. My daughter and I had a 3pm appointment, we arrived about 5 minutes early. There were 4 people who came in after with later appointments and were served before us. I asked what happened and they said "oh we were told the people on the couch were next", guess where my daughter and I were sitting....yep right on the couch as well. Very disappointed on a rather large expenditure. No interest in discussing it with me when I called. My manipedi left both my feet and hands looking no better than when I arrived. He was in a hurry and almost walked out for the evening before he came and told me I could leave. Ill be spending my dollars elsewhere I guess.
HORRIBLE. Arrived on time for my "appointment." Waited about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Pointed to a chair. Someone put a less than attractive box of nail samples in front of me. Waited about 15 minutes before someone sat down to help me. FYI...not the person I had an appointment with. Stuck my hands in heated gloves for over 15 minutes. Yes. Uncomfortable and very hot.
