I expected a stronger sense of feminine energy from a store that proudly markets itself as woman owned, but the experience didn’t quite reflect that. Having a man as one of the primary salespeople shifted the dynamic in a way that felt inconsistent with the brand’s message. When you center your identity around empowerment and representation, it should come through clearly in the in-store experience. It feels more like a label than something genuinely practiced.
I got an Anastasio micro and im obsessed! Eduardo at the store was so helpful and great. Super warm and friendly and helped me choose the best option based on what I was looking for. 100% recommend I want to get the whole store
I order a cross body with the tiger on it and it came in and absolutely shocked me with the quality and detail. I went back on the site to order a strap for it and I must have caught the website on a day where things were changing around a little bit as I did not see the same color. There was an email asking how I liked my new bag and I had mentioned that it was awesome but I just kind of bummed out I couldn't get the strap that matched it. I’m not into the post it notes, 2 hrs on a weekend and the doors locked. Trying to spend money and support the brand. Location gets a fat 0/5 stars. Staff it or close it, I’m done with the post it notes.
Their accessories are cute, but their customer service is so horrible. Granted, when you get in contact with a rep, they’re nice, but getting into contact with anyone is a mission. My messages go unanswered for weeks. Edit: they reached out to me and sent me a cardholder and socks as an apology, along with a vow to be better. Increasing a star because that’s really nice.
