As a dancer this place makes me feel seen and appreciated. Dr. Carla is an amazing PT and helped me get to full recovery. Highly recommend Mims for anyone who needs physical therapy!
Whole team here is incredibly welcoming, from Morgan at check in to my amazing therapist Carla. So grateful for the care and support I've received at Mims Method in getting back to good health. Their practitioners have a wide range of experience when it comes to movement, flexibility, and functional strength. If you're a dancer or stage performer who has experienced injury, I can't recommend this place enough!
Mims has great selection of wellness offerings. Their Pilates, PT and Acupuncture are all amazing and they handle all insurance billing and paperwork.
