I went into Mimco at West lakes and was served by this amazing girl Eva a sales assistant. I had brought a bag a few weeks ago and she got on the computer and checked everything and sorted the problem extremely well. She has excellent experience. Spoke politely, friendly and understood and she is a very good person. I am very content with the service she has given. I also Spoke to her Store Manager Jordyn and she is also an amazing person who is very good with customers talked to me in a excellent and friendly manner.

Every time I visit this Mimco store, I am blown away by how warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the staff are. They always take the time to understand what I am looking for, and offer thoughtful suggestions. Even though this store is a bit of a drive for me, I happily go out of my way to shop in this store. Whether I’m buying a gift or treating myself, I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of.
