Came in yesterday to buy a few bracelets for my daughter, the customer service was exceptional, and the bracelets were absolutely beautiful, my daughter loves them
The service sucks, not warm or friendly and when the girl dropped the bag down infront of me she shouldn’t care less if I had the chance to grab it… shopping should be a nice experience
The staff come across quite unfriendly—even my mum noticed it.
Awesome workers, very helpful and kind. Got 2 hand bags, 2 purses and earrings 😀
