Excellent customer service from Jess! I was looking for a pair of hoop earrings in store. It turned out that they are sold in the store and are unavailable online. Jess helped me checking other store's stock. She emailed and called and hunted down a pair for me. I am so grateful for the effort Jess put into for me.
I was served by the lovely Jasmine (and another team member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). I stopped by late on Saturday to pick up an Apple Watch band, and both were incredibly friendly and helpful. The store was well laid out, making it easy to find what I needed, and they went above and beyond by helping me adjust the strap before I left. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Thank you!
