Every time I go into this store I go in hoping for atleast a welcoming “hello” or “how r u” was in there for 20 minutes waiting for a worker to come and help me or offer to open the jewellery so I could have a proper look at what I wanted to buy, one worker was behind the counter serving a customer and a woman with black hair just stared at me as I stood there waiting for help. Amazing customer service received today! Sadly I didn’t catch the ladies name, but she went above and beyond to have a delayed click n collect order redirected to my house back in Brisbane as we’re leaving Yeppoon tomorrow and it won’t arrive here in time. I could hear the shop was busy, but she had fantastic knowledge and quickly put the redirection through. Thankyou so much! Hard to find excellent customer service like that!

I swear if you don't walk into the store with a bag on you that's like over $300 already. The staff wants nothing to do with you.
The staff are so welcoming offered my children chocolate, were full of enthusiasm.
