I had the most frustrating experience today. Being my birthday I came to buy a pair of earrings, firstly I had to wait for half an hour for the sales assistant to come. Then they started serving someone else. For the payment it took another 20 minutes and eventually was informed they cannot use my voucher after all! Most disappointing experience
