Disappointed at the service. All smiles and laughter as they sell you an overpriced smart watch band. You come back to ask them how the band adjusts, as there are no instructions and you are met with silence, rudeness and looks of total dismay at the question you asked. Possibly the Store Manager may know but they stepped out. So basically this is now the customer’s problem. Train your staff to know your product otherwise do not be a retail business.
I did my order online, and came to pick it up today Sunday 07 sep around 3pm. And I was completlt ignored by the sales lady, who was talking to a guy in the door. I was standing at the counter, and only after minutes she decided to ask if I needed anything. Clearly her conversation at the door was more important than customers standing at the register. Very dissapointing!
Sales Assistant in Pacific Fair is simply rude. Was looking at the earring stand with extra 20% mind you wasn’t told about promo she swung the stand that i was looking as i was about to choose from. Had no greeting from her, but 2 ladies walked in business attire and she feel over herself . Told me i didnt have a membership, umm im almost a black tier member. Ive had a few dealings with this Sales Assistant previously, she is extremely unhelpful, rude and customer service well there is none.
Purchased their jewellery last year (necklace and bracelet set) and after wearing couple of times the necklace lost its color and started showing the metal. However the bracelet remained same. So I went today to their store to see if they can fix it somehow as I have spent a lot on that jewellery set. The answer I have got is “jewellery can loose color because of skin’s ph level,” “sunscreen and perfume can also damage the color”. Worst customer service team on the GC. They couldn't care about giving you an instore experience or talking to you at all. Ticketing items and avoiding interactions are more important. AVOID this store at all costs. Purchase the same products from David Jones and feel valued.
