As a first time visitor of the store, I was really pleased with the quality of all items but most of all the friendly staff member that served us really went above and beyond. She realised we were new to the store and wrapped our item and even gave us a gift. Mother’s Day made easy. Would highly recommend going here.
Mimco North lakes need to have better customer service and learn to answer their phone. Very unfair when people are trying to call for help and no one wants to answer. Disappointing
This Friday the 31st October, I truly had the best customer service experience I have ever had the shop assistant sandy I think or Sandra was so lovely and she knew all the products we engaged in light banter and I bought a lovely bag and some earrings truly a asset to the company I will definitely shop again. The store was so clean and layed out well. Even my husband said what a nice lady.
