Mimco North lakes need to have better customer service and learn to answer their phone. Very unfair when people are trying to call for help and no one wants to answer. Disappointing
This Friday the 31st October, I truly had the best customer service experience I have ever had the shop assistant sandy I think or Sandra was so lovely and she knew all the products we engaged in light banter and I bought a lovely bag and some earrings truly a asset to the company I will definitely shop again. The store was so clean and layed out well. Even my husband said what a nice lady.
I've walked into this store a few times and every time I have not been greeted. Instead the woman behind the counter just looked up at me and then back to her phone. I was wanting to buy a new work bag but ended up walking over to Strandbags instead.
Fantastic service and help when I called.
The ladies very helpful and professional. Beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices atmosphere of the shop goes very well with the girls personalities strongly recommend 🤗 🤗 🤗 🤗 🤗
