Manager at mimco myer cbd was really rude and didn’t even respond for my questions regarding the bag, had the worst experience and never gonna shop again in this particular place. These people should really need to understand what customer service is!
We visited the Mimco store inside Myer Melbourne in the CBD to purchase a particular bag. The bag was available, however there were no staff members present at the counter and there was no sign or notice explaining the situation. The store appeared completely unattended. We waited for more than 45 minutes hoping someone would return. Went there on 08/11 Saturday around 5pm, I was ready to purchase several items but waited for 15-20minutes with no mimco staff insight. I ended up making my purchases at the David Jones branch instead. It was so frustrating.
Rude staff 🥲
I visited MYER(mimco) during my trip to Australia to purchase a gift. Despite clearly mentioning it was a present, the staff did not remove the price tag and even left the security tag on before placing it into the gift bag. I have already returned to Japan and contacted MYER and mimco customer service, attaching photos and explaining the situation in detail. However, they offered no solution or support whatsoever.
