I have purchased this chain on 19.11.2023, and it has this much of a wear and tear in 54 days. I used it in a perfectly normal way by holding it in my hand as it is a bag strap, and the middle part of the chain has completely turned dark. No quality, only luxury. Very bad experience and very disappointed. I won’t buy anything from Mimco ever again.
The staff member who served me was lovely and so helpful.
