Wonderful customer service from the staff at Mimco Westfields Liverpool today. I was looking for a bday gift for my daughter & the lady that served me was very pleasant & welcoming. This was my first visit to the shop & I will definitely be back ☺️
Chanel and amanda were amazing they were so sweet and lovely loved seeing them❤️❤️❤️ their customer service skill was great
Staff was very unwelcoming when I was there. No greeting, smiling, and avoided eye contact the whole time. Staff took forever to exchange my items... took them 30 minutes for no reason at all. There was no one at the store at the time as well. They really need to work on their customer service..
Not sure why this place has some low rated reviews, but my experiance with their customer service skills were brilliant both over phone and then in store during purchase. Lots of variety and well presented stock.
